We opened our doors to the community in 1994 to offer Canberrans a generous selection of quality Australian bakery items in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. Our success at Dobinsons Canberra is due to the culmination of 5 generations of hard working and dedicated pastry chefs who all greatly contributed the Dobinsons family legacy of producing the finest quality and delicious pastries. This tradition began in Northern New South Wales where the first Dobinsons bakery opened in the town of Kyogle over 125 years ago.
It has since evolved into the wonderful eatery and café it is today, offering beautiful baked items, breads, pies, tarts, pastries as well as divine coffee. We also offer freshly cooked breakfast, lunch and an amazing selection of drinks, all at very affordable prices. Dobinsons is famous for its stunning and decadent displays and as a local place to eat that is enjoyed by everyone. We are a proudly Australian owned and operated bakery and will strive to continue on our family tradition of producing the highest standard of quality that we are so renowned for.
