Barry Ryan had dreamed of owning his own business since he was 19 years old…and waited patiently for 20 years for the right opportunity. That opportunity was purely ‘God directed’ as Barry explains it, when he saw two bakeries for sale in the paper in 2001. With no baking experience, in fact, not even knowing the difference between a vienna and a tank loaf, Barry and his wife Linda jumped into the deep end of running a business. With the help of their family and dedicated team of staff, they have grown the business store footprint, developed a specialised local baking production facility and an ever increasing community presence.
